Yum!

Jello shots and guacamole from last week.

First time making guacamole. Now I know to let the avocados ripen for a little longer lol. It was still delicious, thankfully, though I think it’s kind of hard to screw up guac.

It was also my first time making jello shots! They are strawberry and made with strawberry vodka! Drank a few strawberry daiquiris and half of the jello shots, and I guess I was a bit tipsy, because it didn’t occur to me that they’d melt from the hot summer afternoon when we set off downtown. I sat by the river watching the fireworks while drinking boozy half-jello liquid. Still good, though, but definitely not my classiest or brightest moment.
